An older gentleman and an apprentice came out and cut some galvanized pipes and replaced them with new PVC pipes to help improve the drainage after first attempting to ream the floor drain out. They both did a quick, efficient job and charged me $249 and when compared to other plumbers locally that had to do much less and charged well $380 for similar work in my bathroom. They even noticed that my kitchen faucet had the restrictor still in place and removed it and it improved the flow greatly. Overall, I was pleased with their service. I even got a chuckle out of how well the two employees worked together while doing it, they seemed to know their stuff. ;)

No call and No show...my husband called to see where they where and they "forgot" to call to say they couldn't make it til 3 hours after the appointment and we would've gotten charged overtime from them by that time because it would be after hours...super frustrated.

I was very pleased with their service. They were very professional and explained things to me as they did their work. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if I have issues.

Called set up and appointment at 9 am. Nobody showed. Then called and was told that I never set a time. Wouldn’t recommend these people to shave a cat. Couldn’t even schedule the appointment. 🤷🏼‍♀️
