Pick One Hour Cleaners

took jeans to get starched told me they’d be done in 4 days, i went back and the place was closed for a week because owners “were not feeling good.” long story short had to call an employee to get my jeans that never got starched. If you have any sort of schedule i would not use this cleaner service.

I have used this dry cleaner a couple times before and they did a good job so I thought I would return when I needed my suit dry cleaned for my Father-in-Law's funeral. My wife went to pick my suit coat up and she was told they saw a stain and tried to clean the stain (I have never heard of a dry cleaner trying to clean stains) but made it worse. Not only did they ruin the suit they still charged for the service. It looks like some chemical was spilled and stained the suit. It wouldn't have been as bad if they wouldn't have charged ($15) for their mistake because accidents do happen. Seems like it's hit or miss here, won't recommend.
