    Unprofessional liars. Bought a car with the agreement of parts that were ordered for it went with it after they came in. Called tons of times, they wouldn’t answer. When Brittany did, she said oh I’ve been trying to get ahold of you…LIES! She would say anything to get off the phone. She had told me herself the parts had arrived. The next call was, let me check and see if the parts are still here and weren’t used on another vehicle. Talked to Roger ….he claimed “she is normally very responsible “.. he talked to her and then made it sound like he told her! Get the parts sent and get this taken care of! And that they would be sent that day…. Another lie. Never have seen the parts. I would not recommend them!

    Bought a 2005 Nissan Frontier last October and I kid you not, as soon as the one month warranty wore off the car started giving us all kinds of trouble! We have been giving it great maintenance and always find a new issue with it :( as much as I asked and trusted the dealer about the condition of this truck, they seemed like good people that played us for fools, now we've almost replaced the whole engine and while still paying off the debt for this car... our savings have almost been drained :'( Update from July: our certified mechanic has been working on it for weeks now trying to figure out what's wrong with it, the car wouldn't even turn on... turns out the whole engine needs replacing, they found chunks of metal in the oil, like inside the whole engine in different parts of it and if they find one it would have 2 to 3 times the amount of mileage ours already has. This is so disappointing, two weeks after buying it we drove it back to the dealership because the oil light kept lighting up even after we took it for a check, oil and filter change; the oil pressure kept fluctuating and we knew it wasn't normal but their mechanic insisted that with that type of car that sort of thing was completely normal and didn't bother checking it. We are speechless, and devastated. Update from November: so after hours and hours of labor, two engines and many many other broken parts later, our truck is running again but not at a 100% we need a new catalytic set but after spending almost 7k, and still owing 9,800k for it, I think we can wait a couple more months to get that fixed. We're thinking of just getting rid of it and buy another one from a more trusting car dealership because I have a feeling this isn't the end of it... All that's left to say is thank you for leaving our life savings account at $0, lesson learned, never again will we be buying from a local dealership, best advice is stick to chains and negotiate as much as posible.
