Last week I had a problem with an LP tank between Emporia and Garnett and Bob Thompson and Steve Stringham never hesitated to come assist me. These guys always goes above and beyond to help out wherever needed.

They let my elderly parents run out of fuel twice now and they are supposed to be on a keep the tank full contract!
Update: I posted this review before speaking with the manager. I appreciate everything you have done for my parents since this happened! Hopefully with new management things will be better. And my parents did notify the Emporia office about the generator and was told it wouldnt affect anything.

Kathy, we talked with your parents last week about this issue and explained to your mother that the reason they ran out was because they installed a generator that we were unaware of. The generator was using more fuel than expected based on your parent's previous usage. We have since had our service team install a monitor on their tank to prevent them from running out again. After talking with your mother, she told us that she really appreciated the local manager going out the night they ran out and making sure they were taken care of and for setting them up with a monitor.
