He’s been running Eck Services for 15 years, which serves 5-locations includes Wichita, Kingman, Medicine Lodge, Hutchinson, and Pratt. Eck Services provides commercial and residential electrical, plumbing, HVAC, agricultural, septic, oilfield electrical, refrigeration, generators, and water well service. We now have 30-dedicated Eck Services chooses quality technicians with, respect for your property, a professional attitude, and a passion for providing excellent work.       Hello May, We're very sorry that you had to wait so long to have the water heater repaired. Unfortunately with warranty claims, we are at the mercy of the manufacturer to get us the parts in a timely manner and that doesn't always happen. In this case, we came and made the repairs the same day we received the parts. Again, we're sorry for any inconvenience this caused for you.
