Sonic Drive-In

Most of the order kiosks do not work, and many do not work with the debit/credit cards. Food is great but ordering process is a joke. They need better management there.

So so... Ordered and paid for double cheeseburger, got single. Onion rings greasy and chocolate shake had zero chocolate flavor.... Waste of money I'll go back to Bikes, Burgers and Ice Cream place

I ordered a pork tenderloin sandwich, tots and a Sprite. The card reader at the stall I pulled into didn't work but the food was good!

I had 2 bacon toaster sandwich this morning and cherry lime aid 12 4 2021 1020am service was great food was great also. What ever was done to this location good job keep up the good work.

Ordered a #1 with tots and a #3 plain,with tots. Waited 40 min to find out burger was not plain. Sent that back waited another 10 min for a new one only to get home and find out there was no bacon on it. Was supposed to be the super sonic double bacon burger. Went to eat it anyway and it was hard as a rock! The other burger only had cheese and a slice of bacon ( wasnt even supposed to come with bacon) that one was hard as well! The tots were in crumbles and was super cold and I only live 6 min from this sonic! Went back and asked for a refund and they only offered coupons because I didnt have a receipt! I would of had a receipt if the car hows wouldnt have told me she dropped it. I figured no big deal your busy and things happen. But now cannot even look up a receipt to give me a refund? They offered to remake our food and when I asked with no spit she just kind of giggled and said Im sure we will take care of you. Overall will never go back. Wasted 20 somethin dollars and an hour and a half of my time only to not get any dinner!!
