They have a free breakfast with plenty of options, including gluten-free bagels

False advertising and paying for parking that they dont have. People shopping at the outlet mall or restaurants park and leave their vehicles because the hotel doesnt actually pay attention. Location is the only thing convenient about this hotel. Front desk employee Edison, I believe was his name, should be taught proper customer service skills and how to do his job properly. He blatantly lied over the phone about information requested and it was later blown off by management as miscommunication. Lack of management/organization shows
