Chad and Anne have been OUTSTANDING. Had an unfortunate and bad experience with AAA whom I was with for 6 years. A co worker recommended Chad and farm bureau and I was blown away with the customer service, fair pricing, and the environment in general! I like to have personal relations with whom I have my insurance with and they have gone above my expectations! I look forward to have my home and vehicle protected by them and highly, highly, recommend Chad Hess!

I am very impressed by Chad Hess, and his knowledge about not only insurance, but how your credit score effects the cost of your insurance. He sat down and explained everything, suggested items that should be increased, and was able to increase my coverage and still came in $25 lower than my other insurance. He even explained my business insurance from another broker. As a small business owner I appreciate when someone not only knows their business, but is looking out for my best interests!

Great place to get your car and home insurance been with them for 10+ years. Looked at many other insurance company see what price I get. I'm mainly $100 to $150 more each month than what I am paying now.
