Kyle and his his team were absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond to ensure we could close and move into our house as soon as possible. Even when our builder wanted us to wait until Monday, Kyle and his team reached out to the builder and assured him the funding would be in by Monday AM. This personal service allowed us to move in on Friday instead of waiting until Monday!! Kyle also made sure that we knew exactly what we needed to do to get the best interest rate possible! Because of this we were able to lower our interest rate significantly by the time we closed. I cannot thank Kyle and the team at Fairway enough for everything they’ve done to help us!!!
