The lady who answered the phone was short and not very even a tad disrespectful as she started yelling at me for asking if they had two different kinds of Transmissions I don't even think she looked up the part that I was looking for she just told me that they don't have it so then I asked her if they had a different transmission and they she automatically said they didn't have it either and there wasn't even time for her to do it look up I advise if the company wants to keep making progress as a company they should get rid of that girl who answers the phone because they won't even look up your parts to see if they have it in stock

Seems they're seldom open, and never seem willing to help. Even if you know what you need, and know they have it, they don't care, and will not help you. The lady who answers isn't professional and doesn't want to help
