        I got some very important documents notarized, and it was done incorrectly I love this bank it would be a 5 for just the bank, but a 2 for the notary services

        Antiquated computer systems. The bank is not on the same electronic payment system as other large banks. Bank of America sends Arvest a physical check. What the heck. Once checks are received, clearing checks seems like a days long process. I guess if you prefer banking from 1970s, this is your jam.

        Customer services hangs up their phone on you blatantly lol. These so called "professional institutions" are no longer but professional. Do not honor their "promotions". And they entice you to open up a bank with them so they can ultimately make money of you.
