DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER GIVE YOU WHAT THEY PROMISE YOU!!! My eds nephew. Came out says he's going to make 3 bids on my house my mothers 400.000 home and my sons for Hail damage so ok he did, Then he has my roof done no problem. He said since m awning were old they. Would be able to get me money for them but not enough to replace them because they were so old but instead that money would go to REPLACING MY GUTTERS which I needed worse then I did a new roof. Well a week and a half goes by NO GUTTERS BUT ZACK N. would call and say well they should be out there today!!! This went on for several days til I called. him. On April 2 , 2015 At first he again said yes I should see them here anytime and that their machine was broken down so they were not able to work....but as we were on the phone someone in the background tells him NO IM NOT GETTING NEW GUTTERS THEY ARE DONE WITH MY HOUSE. WELL THEN WHERE THE HELL DID. MY EXTRA MONEY GO FOR MY OLD AWNINGS. THEY TOOK DOWN??? And that's not all, my sons house got hew gutters it didn't need and my moms house now looks getting as hell. And to top it all off they refused to give my mother the home owner and insurance holder any written paperwork before and after all this but they sure as HELL didn't have a problem picking up the 11,000 check!!! DO NOT BE TAKEN BY THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCREW. YOU TOO IT DIDNT MATTER THAT WE WERE FAMILY SO IT WONT BOTHER THEM IF YOUR NOT.
