        Mike was recommended to us by a family friend. Right from the start we couldn't have been happier with the process. He came out quickly to measure and assess the installation. Even though the carpet was special ordered it came in quickly. The gentleman that came out to the install the carpet showed up on time and did a great job. We will definitely use Mike and Big Bob's for any future carpet replacement.
