Beautiful flowers and excellent service! I ran into issues with overseas payment while trying to send flowers to my long-distance partner for Valentine's Day, and they were very reactive and kind in helping me sort it out even at a time when they must have been exceedingly busy. I ordered my wife flowers for Valentine's Day over two weeks in advance. Well, it's Valentine's Day and past noon and she still hasn't gotten anything. I called to check why that is and was told they deliver flowers from 8am-5pm. This wasn't listed anywhere on their website. Every other business I've ordered flowers from has always prioritized AM delivery and would communicate to the customer if that wouldn't occur. Hopefully the flowers actually show up today, but I won't be using this business again. I may as well have ordered my wife nothing until this morning if they're delivering them in the PM. It makes us both look bad.
