Jeremy B Schafer: Allstate Insurance

I had Jeremy Schaffer All-State for a few years. When I changed to progressive I had to call up 3 seperate times to cancel my policy. The first time I called up was a month prior to the renewal. They did not cancel my policy and if I hadn't turned off auto-renewal, I would've been charged. The second time I called up, after they sent me late fees and additonal bills for a policy I had already tried to cancel. They cancelled only my auto policy, I was sent more notices of payment due for the renters. I had to call up A THIRD TIME, for them to finally cancel my policy. Be aware of this experience with this insurance agent.

I absolutely love the girls in the office that help me with my policies! They are so helpful and patient with me as I’m new to getting my own insurance instead of only using my parents! I love how easy it is to use my account online! I love the app as well! If I had to make any suggestion it would be nice to have more rewards every month on our driving as opposed to the one time at the beginning. Love you guys! Don’t plan on changing anytime soon!

I have been with Allstate for almost 4 years now and can vouch that they provide one of the best customer service. From my most recent experience, Leah from Jeremy's office was very helpful. I had some busy days and she was ready to reschedule our call multiple times and help me understand the policy coverage in detail. I recommend Jeremy's office and Allstate insurance.
