It was horrible. The dentist office had me fill out paperwork online for my appointment and for my insurance. I drove all the way from Cherryvale Kansas to Pittsburg Kansas for an appointment. There when I get there if they told me my insurance did not cover and I would have to pay $110 for the visit and an x-ray. And when I explained to them that I did not bring that much cash they said they have to have their money at the time of the service. And that if I had to have a tooth pulled it would be $495. They never explain this to me on the phone when they received all of my information and all of my insurance information. They were rude money hungry uncompassionate people

Good at getting you in in case of emergency, my wisdom tooth was giving me the worst pain of my life they had me in and out within 30-45 minutes and i was so frightened it being my first tooth removal but i didnt even feel it and it felt sooo much better once it was out. However i will say their referrals and directions etc they give u if.u need to be reffered somewhere needs serious work, my daughter had to see an oral surgeon and they refered us to someone who couldnt even do anything about her tooth, we drove 4 hours away for no reason and we were not.told any of this before the appointment...grrr..
