Carter,On further research, I believe that I understand the situation and would strongly encourage that you speak to your parents about your hurt and frustration. Your behavior indicates you were not part of the decision process for the 16-year-old kitty you are referring to that was brought into our clinic for humane euthanasia, by your family. We provided a very difficult service that your family requested; I am so terribly sorry that this was not the decision you supported.However, calling my clinic making threats on our answering machine at 8:40pm at night that both frightened myself and members of my team is wildly unacceptable. Leaving a 1* review accusing us of not caring is wildly unacceptable. Asking your friends to leave 1* reviews when you nor your friends have stepped foot in my clinic, is wildly unacceptable. Rapid-firing threats to me over the phone when I called to speak to you and then hanging up on me is wildly unacceptable. Taking down your first review to leave another 1* review is, in addition to the rest, is harassment. You were not in my clinic, you were not part of the appointment, you are a stranger directing your hurt and anger at the wrong people.Again, I am terribly sorry you are hurting, we are intimately familiar with the pain of loss as this is part of our jobs. Please know, I appreciate the barrage of harassment stopping after a few days, but this is not acceptable behavior; I would strongly encourage you to speak to your parents.
