      image I have had poor customer service since they transferred me to this agent after my great agent retired. State Farm does not care about their long time customers. I would reconsider companies if you want to be treated like a loyal customer if there is such a thing any more.

      I am so sorry you feel this way Roxanna. My office contacted you over 12 times to get the information that claims and underwriting needed from the accident and you refused to provide the information on the driver. We did our best and we are not required to contact you, but we did many times. You spoke with claims and underwriting as well. My team went above and beyond to reach you. We wish you the best with your new Agent in the future.
