        The Heartland Cafe is very hit or miss in terms of service and quality of food. I've had a very good breakfast and on a different occasion waited a very long time in a empty restaurant for a meal. The restaurant decor is in disarray which means the owner doesn't put any money back into the business. Too me, the old adage "if the person looks dirty than they probably don't shower" reigns true here as well. If the restaurant looks dirty to the customer then what does the kitchen look like? I'd recommend going someplace different.
