It is fun to be able to work in a community where the staff is happy but equally important is our residents enjoy living here.

My father lives at TPM and is happy there. The staff are friendly and take time to sit with him and talk. His room always smells clean and he finds help whenever he needs it. The only complaint we have is the food they offer. But, there is a new food director and we hope that the menu will be better.

They take very good care of My Mother in law. They contact us immediately when something goes wrong. Its not her first nursing facility but is the best place fit for her.

It is a very nice facility. But one day my mom fell in her room and they sent her by ambulance to the ER. 6 hours later when we returned, they still had not cleaned the blood up in her room. My mom didn't want to look at that so she asked me to put newspaper on top of it, so I did. Then I talked to the nurse before I left and asked that they clean that up. They assured me it would be. The next morning when I got there to see how she was doing, the newspaper was still laying there. So I moved it and there was still blood on the floor!! And now, of course, since they waited forever to clean it there is a blood stain on the floor. I have cleaned up lots of blood before mom went there, and even after 4-5 hours I was able to get the blood up with out leaving any stain.
