I would normally not have anything towards this office. I've been coming here for several years now. I recently had a cleaning there and as always very exceptional. However I am with a new job and waiting on the insurance approval. The receptionist told me that she'd give me a couple days to get her the insurance info to see how much I would owe out of pocket. The other arrogant woman said she spoke with her manager and said I needed to pay at the time of service. It's a little concerning that she heard what I was told by the receptionist and did not honor that. With no explanation as to why except for a condescending attitude. They've done this woth billing before between my wife and I. As much as I don't like this I doubt I return to this office. Hopefully they'll reimburse me once insurance pays what they're supposed to pay. They are very inept in their billing department. I hope the owners of this practice address this issue as to I like using them. But, if they don't work with customers they've had for years I don't see it likely they'll work with new patients either. I understand the insurance issue is not their fault. But, it's out of my control as well. A little cooperation would have went a long ways. We will see.

I am one of those weird people that actually like going to the dentist. The staff at Topeka Prodental are a big part of that! My Great Dane puppy cracked my tooth over the weekend & they got me in today to fix it! Darcy did an amazing job & you can barely tell the difference!!!

An amazing staff to work with and Dr Weber is a super wonderful and beyond pleasant person.
Made the anxiety of it all go away just by Dr Weber explaining the procedures and the guy has a great personality for making you comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.
First root canal and they made it so much better than I ever expected.
Thankful for this level of care and comfort in what so many find as intimidating and scary.
Gave me a new perspective on dentistry and how it should be done.
Thanks to them all for everything they do

Great place for dental health. They do an excellent job of taking care of my teeth. Nancy Jo was my dental assistant, and she does a great job in teaching my wife and I on how to take care of our teeth between each appointment. She cares about person's health and is very thorough. Dr Appleman was my dentist there, and he did an excellent job as well. 5 Stars.

Go to this dental office! The entire staff is accommodating, polite, patient, and, most importantly, competent. Because of Dr. Weber and his team, my teeth look beautiful, my family was able to save money, and my kids have had a very comfortable introduction to dental cleanings. We are now loyal patients!
