        Jade Garden is consistently good. The food and service are on of the better options for this type of food in Topeka.

        We've ordered for delivery from them more than once. The prices are really not too bad (but not great either), and we have always found the food to be quite tasty. Both my wife and I have had our share of Chinese cuisine from a few different places in the city, and I disagree that it is mediocre - it is actually quite good in our opinion. We've never eaten in so I can't say about the atmosphere or service. Typical that half the time when you call you're speaking to someone with a strong oriental accent, but what can you do?
