It would be nice if you trained your employees to provide real customer service. We have tried to support a smaller business than the giant corporate auto stores, but this location has some of the rudest and most disrespectful employees we've ever encountered. As I write this review, we experienced pretty straightforward racism as a tall Asian employee ran to provide customer service to a white customer but was dismissive and rude towards a non-white customer who requested assistance. The non-white customer was in the store and asked for help first. We've experienced several rude and disrespectful employees over the last several years at this location. Do better in training your employees to serve customers equally, no matter their opinion or beliefs about people. Employees all over the place need to realize that PEOPLE are the reason they have a job - no customers, no paycheck. This location is a prime example and, although we've never been to another location, it's been so consistent that it's likely to be pervasive through all locations of this company. We won't be back.

Justin, Danny, William and Philly are amazing. So is the store manager but I can't remember her name.
