      image Early last year I received a letter saying my insurance was canceled because I moved out of state which is fine. Last WEEK I received a letter stating my canceled policy was being renewed. When I called her office, she or whoever it was that picked up the phone was extremely rude and condescending when I tried to cancel the policy. She said that she had canceled it then didn't. Today, I called several times to cancel it AGAIN just to be hung up on. I had to wait until after six to call corporate and go completely over her head to cancel it. I have made a complaint about her by name to corporate about this and they were very kind and helpful.Terribly unprofessional. Shame on you Tracy, you're a terrible person. My recommendation would be to go to one of the other agencies in Wichita other than this office. They were kind and helpful.
