57-year old female with multiple chronic illnesses Initial apt with Dr Ralston was to establish and set my care as anew patient. Ralston rushed through extensive questioning. Dismissive to my concerns. Example; Preexisting glaucoma counterindicates steroid use for asthma as may cause increased pressures which i would be unable to monitor results. I stated that my experience of not having blurry eyesight if eye pressure is elevated, and she interrupted me with her opinion and moved on. She also informed me that a med i'm taking for PTSD was only used for bipolar disorders. Despite this, I thanked her, even while feeling humiliated by her. THREE days later i receive a notice that she is no longer my provider and will not continue my care. Very unprofessional and abrupt with no explanation. Do not recommend

Only giving a one star because it wont let me go any lower. Where do I start? Horrible hold times on the phone just to schedule an appointment, i waited for about 30 minutes last week trying to schedule an appointment with 2 callers ahead the entire time. Horrible billing organization- i was charged $500 for my services, i paid in full up front. Upon returning the next time, i was told that I had a remaining balance of $150 to pay. I asked where it came from because I had paid for it in full my last trip, I was never given an answer I was just told that I had to have it paid off and that it was leftover from my last visit. Dr. Wendell recently left this clinic and they did nothing to accommodate this, I was left high and dry telling me my insurance, which had been fine for the past 10+ years, is not accepted by any of the other doctors there and that I would have to find a new clinic, with no referrals, no suggestions, just we cannot schedule with another doctor. The silver lining here is that I no longer have to deal with this clinic, their staff, or the random charges i have to deal with
