        I applied for the adopt a highway program three months ago was told I was approved and even assigned a stretch of highway. Then absolutely no communication or follow up on my application. Almost as if they just didn’t want me to be apart of the program I rate my experience 1 star. I was so excited to be apart of the program but ended up disappointed.
