        I came into the store because my screen was black and not working. I worked with Zoey Fay and she called IT to make a claim and have a new phone sent. They asked her to do the same reboot options as she already tried and and she did them again happily. I was in there for two hours trying to find an Apple ID and she patiently waited and tried to help. This is the best experience I have had visiting a Verizon store and will only visit this store in the future. Zoey is a one-of-a-kind employee.
