About a month ago on June 25
I went into the florist on fort. Campbell . Frantically in need of some assistance on how and wat to use on a flower arrangement that I was trying to make for a co workers going away party .I didn't get the names of the 2 young ladies but they were soo helpful and in detail for what I was trying to accomplish with the arrangement. I was soo satisfied with all the help the good customer service that they gave me. It's hard to find good customer service these days . Keep up the great work. Ft campbell.

Walked in door buzed looked around no one came upfront stood by the front counter and waited a bit. Then another employee walked in straight past me into the back and completely ignored me. So much for "pride in customer service"

Went in to the flower shop today after getting a beautiful arrangement from my husband. I decided to take a trip over to the shop and see if I could get an arrangement ordered for my mother-in-law. Let me just say I am so glad I did. Karen and Lori were so sweet and helped me pick the perfect arrangement for her. I cannot wait for my next arrangement from these ladies.

Karen Lee was so sweet and was able to help me turn all the gifts I bought for my wife into an easter basket. I definitely will be coming back.
