I was hit in the passenger side in Oct 2023. Broke my window and had serious damage. JB Long did an amazing job. Returned my car better than before the accident. Constant communication about the progress of the work. Great paint job. Overall perfect. Highly recommend this body shop!!

zero less than zero rating, no employee to do basic repair based on injury, crazy way to do business, not by problem, threat to report to police, complaint because I am not ok with not able to repair my repair thru State Farm, I know the repair is small for their typical repair, using a complaint of repair space from factory not equal on other vehicle to keep us from getting other car repaired, very disappointed.
