        Today was my first day at capital fitness, loved it super clean everything is new! The manager and staff is very friendly and heIpful. I would recommend this gym to someone whos new or been lifting for years. Great atmosphere for every type of lifter! I'm new to the area but I finally found my gym in Frankfort!! I don't know why this place has bad reviews I'm assuming it's people expecting above realistic service....

        Just like the prior rating, I would never recommend this place to anyone! Every employee I talked to had no knowledge of the gym's procedures. Once an employee couldn't even look up my account on their computer system. I had tried to cancel my membership for 6 weeks and every employee gave me the run-around. I ended up paying for a month longer than the contract states because of their ignorance! The facilities aren't much better. Most of the machinery is outdated and dysfunctional and the bathrooms smell like mold (their solution to this problem was to paint the walls and put a fan in the bathroom). Bottom line: This gym is way too overpriced for what you get.
