Todd Gravitt of Ideal Roofing has excellent customer service. He promptly responded to my roof concern, evaluated the problem and provided options. I decided to replace my roof and his crew did an excellent job. They were well organized, hard working and self motivated. The roof was installed in one day, and I couldn’t be happier. Cleanup even included a magnet to recover any stray nails next to the house. I have already bragged about Ideal Roofing of Frankfort to my friends. Todd and Ideal Roofing won’t disappoint. Honest and prompt! Are you serious? What a pleasure it was to contact a service provider and find one who follows with exceptional service. After being stood up and waiting on some of Frankfort’s “best roofers,” a friend recommended Todd Gravitt at Ideal Roofing of Frankfort. After one call my worries are over as I now know “Frankfort’s Best Roofer.” Not only did Todd promptly reply he also offered a solution that saved hundreds and made me feel he was more concerned about my problem than he was about profits. I just had the greatest experience with Ideal Roofing of Frankfort. Todd is the definition of what customer service should be. He answered every question that my wife and I had and when I would call, he would answer the phone calling me by name. His crew is some of the hardest and talented that I have ever seen. When they arrived they started and did not stop until the job is complete. I would highly recommend Ideal Roofing of Frankfort for any of your roofing needs. Marc and Todd were terrific! They worked directly with our insurance company on our behalf and made several trips to our house during the insurance claim process. That helped us tremendously. They were super responsive and got our full roof replacement done in one day. Marc was quick to return the next day and take care of a small issue and make sure all was good. Our roof looks great!
