Goodnight plumbing was a terrible experience! I booked a job after getting an estimate. The day they were supposed to come they never showed up, with no phone call explaining why. I called later in the afternoon to find out what happened and was told they got backed up on an emergency call. I booked a second day and the same thing happened with no phone call again! I booked yet another day (at 10:00am) this time I called at the appointment time and was told they were behind and it would be after lunch. At 2:00pm, after I had called three time, I was finally told they couldn’t come yet again! I understand in the plumbing business that emergencies happen, but the company could at least have called ahead of time so I didn’t drive to the location and wait EVERY TIME! I would not recommend! These guy's were fantastic! From the owner all the way to the two gentlemen who unclogged our blockage. They were all kind in one of my families umm not so proud moments. Hopefully we don't have anymore plumbing issues but if we do I will call them again.
