        This new owner believes calzones should just be pizzas folded in half “it takes too long” and “it’s too doughy” that’s what they said about the old way of making calzones. Save yourself the headache and go to the Franklin furnace giovannis. At least you won’t be eating folded over burnt pizza, and your calzones crust will be buttered and seasoned there.
