Greene Kathrine B DDS

Every filling has fallen out and I have lost confidence. Rude staff treats callers like peasants. Outdated and old-fashioned dentistry and does NOT concern that all fillings have fallen out. My teeth after Greene are like the villan Karl Sigmund Stromberg in the movie "Spy Who Loved Me". So, I am going to file a complaint against Greene with the Board of Dentistry and seriously considering suing Greene in small claims court for fillings falling out and present condition of my teeth due to Greene. DO NOT GO TO GREENE. SHE WILL RUIN YOUR TEETH.

Just called to get info on implants. Lady on the phone treated me as if I were peasant. I wanted info on implants, told her I had Cigna and that they covered implants. She just started saying this costs $400 etc saying they costs lots of money and most insurances dont cover them. I just told her they did. I have researched implants and know the whole process and that they can cost as much as a used car. I have contacted my insurance and know exactly what I would pay. Just because people have missing teeth, were partials or havent seen a dentist in a while (told her all this) doesnt mean they are they cant afford it. I felt like I was less then. Don't treat patients this was, makes you seem superior then, not good !!!

You couldn't ask for a better dentist and staff! They are all excellent! I have been going to her for years!

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Kathy for years. I have always been happy with the care provided by the staff there!
