This company was not good to my husband at all. He got a job there through a temp service and loved it. Received a call at 5pm after finishing work from his temp service saying his position was eliminated and was told by Hillyard that they have too many people and are getting away from using a temp service. They lied to the temp service and didn't even have the decency to tell my husband before he left work that day. Very unprofessional people who should be ashamed to treat someone that way.

It is impossible to order and receive the items you specifically ordered without Hillyard substituting them for incorrect items. I run a cleaning business and am forced to use Hillyard. Hillyard honestly makes my job and my employees jobs very difficult.

This place is racist oh prejudice whichever one you want to use to black people. I was treated like a criminal and a Nigga. They rented me a carpet cleaner with a frayed cord they did not check this machine before they rented it to me. This machine had animal hair in it when I went to do the job I got animal hair all over my clean floor this is a shoe. They was going to try to charge me for repairs on something that they did not check. Plus they was trying to say that I was rude because I guess I don't kowtow or kiss peoples ass. I'm a owner of two companies I don't have the time to try to be polite all the time I have a job to do and get jobs done. The customer service woman continually to keep on cutting me off is when I was trying to speak and I told the woman to hold on and let me finish what I was saying. If that is rude I don't care I'm a owner of a company and I need to be respected as such I'm not a cleaner I'm not an employee. They also improperly handled performing maintenance on a backpack vacuum that I had them to maintenance. When I came to pick up the carpet cleaner I asked them was my vacuum cleaner ready. They told me that my vacuum cleaner was not tagged they didn't know which one it was and to and to cook conclude this they gave me pieces off of another person's vacuum cleaner they didn't change the bag in my vacuum cleaner it was just a half ass job. Also I bought some glass cleaner from these people that they were saying that was a match to the product that will use them and it was also a terrible product do not deal with these peoplealso I bought some glass cleaner from these people that they were saying that was a match to the product that I was using pride and it was also a terrible product do not deal with these people.
