We met Steve two years ago at an open house he had listed, he sold this particular home. I contacted Steve about several other listings and various open houses in the following two years. Steve was knowledgable and very fourth right in his explanations of the real estate market in Kentucky. He never left a stone unturned and was always available to assist with everything when it came to not only our open house to sell our existing home and he was also key in negotiating on our "new" home. My wife and I used a Milestone agent by the name of Steve McKinley based out of Nicholasville, KY. not only was Steve knowledgable about the Jessamine County market, he was more than willing to meet us at each and every house we thought we had interest in, he steered us clear of a few that looking back could have been a catastrophe. We met Steve at an open house two tears ago and the process and learning the market took us a little bit, however when we brought our home to market, not only did he have our house under contract with in 25 days, but the closing of our home and financing our new home was exceptional and smooth! Honestly Steve went above and beyond for my wife and I and our twin daughters, he didn't "vanish" like I have heard other agents do after the sale/close. My wife and I lived in California until we got so disgusted with the drugs and gangs, I packed up my successful construction company and moved to Lexington, KY.  We had a realtor in November that when we came to town in January treated us as if we were a burden.     Fortunately for me my wife had time to look elsewhere and doing so found a few persons, but out of them one stood out, his name, Steve McKinley.  Of all of them he stayed in touch and continued to send us listings as they came.  Though we were out of state, that allowed us a unique opportunity to explore the market from the comfort of being out of state.     We came to KY in May and met Steve for the first time and it reaffirmed my belief that he was our kind of people, personable, intelligent, and pays special attention to your details.  While the purchase of a new property was possibly contingent upon the sale of our Ca property, Steve continued to hang-in and showed us properties that were possible homes.       Well we have decided to go new with Ball for a new home and despite Ball having there people, Steve is there to review the documents and make sure we have an expert to call on for help.  Though our transaction is still continuing, I know Steve will be there for my wife and I.  God bless you Steve McKinley ([email protected]).     Normally I do not review places or organizations until I am completed, but this transaction will last another 8 months and that was to long in my mind.     I will give another review at the end of our transaction, but I doubt my opinion will change as he is my kind of people.
