We recently moved to a historic stone home and I wanted to have a feeling of cozy comfort, with a little elegance to do the home justice. I initially called Cocoon for paint colour and drapes. Ellen came to our home, respecting Covid protocols, to walk thru and chat with me about what I was hoping the end result would “look” like; colour palette, feel, use of the rooms, cost, and time frames. She brought ideas and choices - beautiful fabrics and furniture pieces that fit perfectly with the scattered furniture I already had. She was adamant it need not all be done at once, just pieces or rooms at a time, always respecting the budget. There was no pressure. Ellen had a vision - it took me awhile to see it but when it started coming together, it’s like she somehow read my mind. We are thrilled with the outcome and very comfortable in our new “old” home. There are of course more rooms to do. When the time comes we look forward to working with Ellen and Bev again...they are simply the best !

We have now met three of their employees and every single one of them could put on a clinic for customer service. Amazing quality of their product. Quick installation. Super accommodating to my wife's schedule, who is a front line and shift worker. If you need to do any decorating that requires new window coverings, please shop local and go with quality and service over a larger out-of-town business. Of all my reviews, these folks deserve a sixth star.

We love Cocoon! They are friendly, professional and fun at the same time. They offer great brands, fair prices and have a fantastic showroom.
