Stopped responding to any emails and phone calls when issues caused them to cancel services my Family members wedding. This happened one week before the wedding. Refunds were not issued.

Had a great charter with the services of GOGO Charters. They were really helpful and sent me a quote instantly for the cost of the trip. I was able to book everything online and later they called and confirmed the entire trip. Great experience and easy to recommend them

Hurry run away. These jokers just cancelled on me 3 days before fully paid contracted service date.  Reservation made June 10th for this Friday, October 15th for Charter bus for 50 people from wedding rehearsal to rehearsal dinner and back. GoGo doesn't own anything, doesn't control anything, they are just apologetic middle man slim with a Louisville phone number. Can't tell you who's responsible because of contractural agreements with providers who renege. Just point to their terms and agreement that nothing is their responsibility or fault. Can't help, won't help, just say we found out an hour ago and have no other providers.  Period. Can't talk to anyone else in the company.  Shameful.It makes no sense. High demand and no availability?  Code for we over booked and my 4-month old contact for charter bus service has just been pulled out from me and shopped out to a better offer. Go with a local. These idiots s..k!
