Stopped by today for a sandwich and chips to go. Got back to work to eat and had slightly different sandwich than what I ordered, not a big deal. I was hungry and didnt want to fight traffic to go back. 5 minutes later the Jimmy Johns guy walks into my work with the right sandwich. He had taken notice to my work shirt and knew were to go. That right there is awesome customer service! Kudos to this Jimmy Johns location!

Went for a quick lunch. Everything was great. Took about 2 minutes tops to receive my food after ordering it. Their jalapeo chips are amazing. I got the billy club, added hot peppers. This is my go-to sandwich and Ive never been disappointed with it. One of my top places in Middletown for a quick lunch when youre busy and have to eat fast.

I ordered a sandwich and chips at 11:22am and received it at 1:01pm. It took over 1.5 hours to be delivered to an address that is less than 2 miles away from the store. My lunch break is only 30 minutes and it has come and gone which means I won't be eating my lunch until after my work day is concluded. This kind of service is unreasonable and unprofessional and this isn't the first time. For that reason, I can't recommend Jimmy Johns again.

All throughout this pandemic, the employees at this Jimmy Johns location have been unmasked, vaccinated or not. The masked employees simply wear their masks below their chins. I went into the store hoping to buy a sandwich, and asked the female employee (the male was busy was wiping his nose then touching the food he was bagging up) if they were vaccinated with their booster shots and let her know that I was just asking for my own comfort. She just stared at me in silence and smirked like it was a stupid question. She did not answer me, so I began to walk out the door. The male employee called after me and said he was vaccinated, but without his booster shot. Obviously, this didnt make anything better as vaccines without a booster are only about 30% effective in protecting against COVID.
If youre going to have poor COVID protocols and have two young unmasked teenagers running a store with no visible supervision from a manager, at least teach them not to wipe their noses and touch the food. Or teach them how to respectfully answer a simple question about health safety without being judgmental.
