Wonderful place to go for dentisty. Staff is uber friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Hope they keep the wonderful atmosphere going.

The fillings they put in keep coming out and they charge each time they have to put them back in even if it has only been a month or so. The last time they said I have to pay for x-rays before they would replace the filling that just came out,otherwise they wouldn't even see me, so I had to pay upfront in order for Dr. Cook to even look at it. He could care less if I was in pain or not. How sad is that !I would not recommend Dr. Cook to anyone. All they care about is money.

RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION! they destroyed my teeth! Destroyed them. Pulled a tooth that I was getting filled instead of filling it! My teeth were fine but now I'm going through hell to get my teeth and gums back to where they were. Do not allow this office...these dentists to work on your teeth. My daughter got a root canal there and they actually cut the tooth next to it as well. I'm guessing by accident or maybe on purpose thinking someone would be stupid enough to visit their office again. If you enjoy your teeth, do not let them in your mouth. You've been warned so if you end up toothless dealing with them.......
