Sonic Drive-In

Definitely doesn't deserve one star!!! Was in the drive-thru and waited for a bit behind a car and then it was finally my turn to the speaker. Pulled up to the speaker and no greeting...NOTHING!!! I'm not exaggerating here either I waited for a good 15 minutes and no one got on the speaker. I would say the worse service ever but hell I didn't even get ANY service!!!!

If you go here, be prepared to spend at least an hour waiting to place an order, And that's IF they decide to wait on you..I waited over 45 min, Just to order a bag of ice, when I finally got to the speaker, I'm told that they are closed. Restaurants that actually want to have repeat business, normally take care of you if you've been waiting.. NOT THIS ONE!! If your desperately craving Sonic, you gotta get there at least 3 hours before they close.

The hot dogs are pretty tough and they give you straws not much bigger than coffee stir sticks for milkshakes which makes it impossible to drink them.

Man this place is one of the best fast food restaurants in my area. The food tastes amazing and they really take their time to make sure your meal is absolutely the way it needs to be and taste fabulous. The pricing is the right range for the food that you are paying for. And there is a large selection for the whole family to choose from. Anytime I have ate there my order has been correct and the food has always taste phenomenal. I couldn't ask for better service and faster service for the quality that you received. I do hate the fact that they did away with the servers being on roller skates. It was rather entertaining seeing them try to serve food on roller skates. But even more entertaining when you just so happen to see one that slips and falls. It may be mean of me however I'm sure that anybody would enjoy a good laugh at that.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Lets start with that. We placed an order at 6:39, paid with card at the stall, 7:21 passes and everyone else is getting their order besides us we ordered TWO SONIC BLAST. Being patient we waited a little longer, 7:42 comes along and still nothing, press the button for rude Betty to let us know theyre on their way. Some girl skates her way to our window to word for word ask what we ordered and once told says oh, shit and then tried to belittle her mess up with the man making ice cream is slow. We had to then repeat her our order, wait another 10 minutes and then receive an order thats wrong. Multiple people in this time frame were returning for incorrect orders. With all the negative reviews, its probably time to either send corporate or shut this location down. We sat in line LASTNIGHT for 47 minutes and left because people in line had sat so long their vehicles were turned off. Culvers would NEVER make someone wait this long. Hell, McDonalds is better than this. So sad sonic is so bad these days.
