I never thought I would have a strong opinion on a home inspector but WOW! Jim is the best hands down, very thorough, professional and personable and sat down with us and went through each and every item, even going to so far as to prepare a very organized binder with pics! I cant recommend East End Home Inspections more highly!

Jim Breslin is the best home inspector in Louisville! He was courteous, prompt and incredibly DETAILED in his inspection. It has been our #1 resource as we get settled into our new home. His pricing was extremely reasonable below the other quotes I received. He came highly recommended from our real estate agent and did not disappoint. Jim provided useful ideas how to fix all of the recommendations he made and, true to his word, has been a fabulous resource for reliable contractors in the Louisville area. He is the second home inspection we've had in 3 years and the experience with Jim was an A++. Highly recommend using him for your home inspection!

We just had our home inspection completed by Jim and we could not be happier! He is extremely through and has so much knowledge. He is extremely professional and provides a very detailed report which is so helpful in the home buying process. We highly recommend East End Home Inspections!!

Jim was one of the most knowledgeable and friendly people i have worked with in any field. I learned so much from his inspection on what the issues with the home and more importantly how to get them resolved. I am now looking forward to getting into my new house and do the small tweaks to make it perfect. If you are looking for a great nice guy who knows his stuff give East End a call.
