Incredible job on our home renovation in 2017. Took an entire upstairs attic and added 2 bedrooms and a bathroom while also adding a downstairs master bath and closet. Keenan Foy was $20k below budget and finished a month sooner than planned. Was always involved onsite and any issue was resolved quickly. Highly recommend!!

We have worked with Kennan and his crew for several years now. The work they perform is wonderful. If you have a high end home and would like to have the look of perfection, then I would highly recommend Foy Contracting.

Keenan does excellent work. On time,trustworthy and always professional. Has done several projects at 2 different homes for us.. Always happy with outcome.

Keenan made our remodeling experience as easy as he could considering we decided to live in the house during the addition/remodel. He always kept it clean, answered his phone when we called and managed to keep my sanity level in tact! The project took longer than we hoped due to weather and some unforeseen challenges, not related to Keenan and he walked us through all of it. I would highly recommend him to family and friends and others who are interested in undertaking a home improvement project. Our results are amazing and we love our new space!
