We had Triple Crown Restoration out to inspect our roof after a recent storm damage. They were able to provide a fully detailed assessment report, along with a highly detailed estimate. The team at Triple Crown was then able to work with my insurance company and work within our policy guidelines. The whole process was smooth, and work was completed quickly. Will be contacting Triple Crown Restoration for any other contracting work we need done in the future! Services: Roofing, Water damage-related cleanup & repair

I have done work for the owner (David/DJ) last year and still haven't got paid. He told me I was going to be paid and I have not received a dime. He had scheduled phone meetings to discuss the balance and I got blown off.
I wouldn't recommend for anyone to use this guy/company as he doesn't pay his employees the full amount that was agreed upon. Services: Water damage-related mold removal, Water damage-related cleanup & repair

I have not used triple crown restoration but I witnessed a small women getting pushed down and verbally abused by a man in a triple crown restoration truck and he was wearing a work shirt. I did call the police. Not sure if he was on a job, but I find this very unprofessional. He first or last name was dalton. I contracted DJ Bair and Rafterhaus Construction to tackle several projects at two of my properties. There were 2 water leak emergencies stemming from issues on the roof after heavy rainfall. Rafterhaus was recommended to me by a good friend. They performed admirably with their timely response, transparent communication & updates and successfully completing the work to my satisfaction. In addition, I contracted DJ Bair and Rafterhaus for a complete restoration and rebuild of a residential home in historic downtown Covington. They were instrumental in every step from making presentations to the Historical Committee to design, development and construction. I am very satisfied with the work they have done for me and am happy to highly recommend them.
