McAlister's Deli

Ordered delivery for work and they forgot 2 bags of chips. No big deal. We call back and let them know, they say they will bring them right over. We gave our address again and waited. An hour passed and still no chips. I call back and the associate told me that she left them at the desk in the wrong building. Got an attitude and told me that was the address I gave her. Asked to speak to a manager and she had the same attitude and told me how it was my fault because I gave her the wrong address and informed me that they will not come back out to make the order correct. Told me they would give me 2 bags of chips with my next order. I told her I didnt appreciate her or the staffs attitude and that we will not be ordering from them anymore. I work in a doctors office and we wanted good lunch during the pandemic craziness. We used to order from here weekly, but will not anymore.

Great food, but a cashier appeared to be having a bad day. The other staff members made up for it and were very polite and helpful. Definitely order the half King Club and half Caesar salad combo.
