The manager here is amazing. She loves to help you out to find colors. Plus she knows what all the products are and if she doesn't she looks it up gor you. She even proceeded to sit on the floor with my 9 month old son and coo him to sleep and even held my stuff while i went to go get mixing bowls. She was literally the BEST! will definitely be coming back for any beauty supplies i need lol.

They don't know what they are talking about, they think they know but they don't. The store manager has an attitude issue. I got something at her recommendation and used it ONCE to pull out a small section of hair and it didn't nothing. Returned it 2 day laters and they said they can't take it because it was used but according to the receipt as long as I have my original receipt less then 60 days it can be return NO STIPULATIONS! She said it's in their Policy, how am I to know their policy when I don't work for them. She also was tapping her hand on the counter because I was telling her, that it's unfair that the receipt states this. Her answer was it's the holiday Policy and in the original policy which wasn't explained to me at the point of check out. I have shopped Sally's for years and this is BY FAR my worst experience ever!
