        Very terrible place. 4 hours at the dock, no one is even starting the loading. Personal is rude. Avoid this shipper. Giving even not one star. Stay away from this place.

        Much respect and salute to the yard spotter who pulled my empty trailer out of the mud for me . Thank you . Other than that was a unpleasant experience the woman security guard was rude like everyone else has said what’s going on with these shippers and receivers?

        The rude possible dock desk staff. Has no manner to speak with drivers. Probabaly their management is happy with it otherwise normal organization does not appreciate this kind of rudeness at any given level.

        ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌After waiting 4 hours they started putting things inside the trailer. If you’re reading this and heading here for pickup just know you will lose day, and I recommend not to come. The lady on the phone is not professional and rude. ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌
