I was very unhappy with my order from Avant Garden! The flowers that were sent did not resemble the flowers that I had ordered in any way!! I know that they reserve the right to substitute, but this was ridiculous!!! If you order over the internet don't expect to receive what you order!

Excellent service! Bill went over and beyond to help me get what I was envisioning for an arrangement. When weather-related issues caused problems with my Valentine, he didn't bat an eye and worked with me to find a solution that worked for me. He was very sweet and patient, which was even more impressive due to the high volume that comes around holiday times. Thanks again Bill!
