Home Health aides not dependable. Each client has a legal contract. They're supposed to receive a certain amount of time each week. That just doesn't happen. The contract evidently means nothing to them. If you complain, it gets worse. A certain aide insists on using HER cleaning supplies doing spring cleaning and this shouldn't be allowed. Clients have their own supplies and some are allergic to what a certain aide brings to use. Aide doesn't listen when client tells her what they have for her to use. Please address this with her and make sure she knows that Clorox wipes DO NOT have bleach in them. It's even on the label. BLEACH FREE.
