I went in to chat an they had a remodeling sign up but I would rate it a 1 just because of cleanliness.

I can highly recommend Bubbles & Suds Pet Grooming. I called on a Friday to ask if they groomed and shaved cats. He was the first person to say yes without a hateful or sighing tone. He was very chipper on the telephone and gave me some great tips to help my cat before I even made an appointment! Mr. Clark was able to get me in as quickly as Tuesday morning. He asked that I bring him in a few minutes early so that my cat could adjust to a different place and have abit of time to relax before he was handled again. I explained that my cat has an extreme flea allergy and is allergic to most topical ointments as well. He listened to me ( a rare quality these days) and recommended an oatmeal/tea tree oil bath that would soothe my cat's skin and help stop his itchiness. I mentioned I didn't really care what the cat looked like, as long as he was comfortable again. I was able to pick my cat up in about three hours. He looked and smelled amazing! Mr. Clark took off the fur exactly where I had asked, and still made him look very cute. He was very considerate of my cat, leaving it a little longer in the places that were too sensitive to be touched too much. Everything that I had asked for had be done, and done very well. He even told me where I can buy the shampoo that he used so that I can keep my cat comfortable at home. As you can tell, I am highly impressed. I'm a pretty demanding cat mother and Bubbles & Suds exceeded my expectations by far. The price was fair (even a bit cheap) and the service was thorough. He was considerate of my animal's welfare and stress level. He was very knowledgeable in recommending good at home products. I will not be seeing another groomer for my cats ever again. Tim Clark at Bubbles & Suds is my go to guy. I HIGHLY recommend him.
